What does Motiza mean?

Moti (Pearl) Za (Life) – it means we should value our life and its precious like a pearl – thus we should use healthy products for our face and body.

 

Where can I buy Motiza?

Is there any discount or sale on Motiza products?

Please check our ‘Offers & Bundles’ for on-going discounts on products. Additionally, you should join our ‘Rewards club’ to add points through your purchases – this will add up and allow you to avail free goodies! Any other sales or discounts will be advertised on our social media pages – look out for our exclusive sales!

 

How long does it take to receive an order?

Deliveries take between 3-5 working days excluding political issues, certain weather conditions or bank holidays.

 

Can I return my parcel?

For health and safety reasons, we do not allow returns – we can only allow an exchange if and only the parcel is unused and unopened. For more information, please see ‘shipping and returns page’.

 

Are you going to ship worldwide?

We are currently online in Pakistan – we are going to expand to more countries in the near future. However, for bulk-buyers/ businesses – you can reach out to us on motiza.co or via email info@motiza.co .

 

I still haven’t received my parcel – what shall I do?

Sometimes it can take more than 3-5 working days – if your product is out of stock. However, if you think that the parcel has been lost by us – then please contact us info@motiza.co and we will provide the best service possible to keep you happy!
