Shipping & Returns

All our Motiza products are shipped to you from our Motiza HQ based in Karachi, Pakistan. All the parcels are packed securely and carefully delivered through a tracked shipping company. A flat rate of 200 RS shipping fee will be applied at the checkout on your order.

Motiza only ships on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. On average, your parcel will be delivered within 3-5 working days excluding political issues, certain weather conditions or bank holidays.

Good quality service is utmost important to us – however, if your Motiza parcel arrives damaged or you haven’t received it for more than 10 working days then please reach out to us as soon as possible on info@motiza.co and we will strive to provide the best possible service to keep you happy.

For health sand safety reasons, we do not offer any refunds. We really do hope you are satisfied with our products and become a member of our Motiza community – however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or your product is defected/damaged, then we can only cater an EXCHANGE – (if and only the products are unused and unopened within 14 days from your purchase). If the item(s) has been arrived damaged, then we will offer the exchange free of charge and you may choose another product equivalent or more than the current amount of the product. However, if you want to exchange the item(s) for another product (equivalent or more than the current amount of the product) then we will offer the exchange along with shipping charges for this process to proceed.

Please note that if an EXCHANGE is taking place, then the item(s) must be returned to us unopened, unused, and undamaged from your side.
